Sunshine Kebabs is a dynamic kebab fast food retailer that maintains a totally classic healthy approach to traditional kebabs and Mediterranean cuisine. They opened their first store in Bundaberg(Australia) in 1988 and spent the next decade perfecting our policies and procedures, our unique blend of traditional spices and exclusive products, and improving our innovative cooking processes. In 2005, we franchised our system and since then have opened stores in Queensland and Victoria. We are a growing chain with just under 41 stores around the country. With a solid franchise system in place, our goal is to have 100 stores throughout Australia. We have already franchised in Korea, UK, Shanghai, Malaysia, Turkey & India. Our Indian Master Franchisee are Group of partners and the company in India is called Sunshine Kebabs (India) Pvt. Ltd. The first franchised outlet of Sunshine Kebabs is about to open in Hyderabad by January 2011 and Sunshine Kebabs India Pvt. Ltd. plan to have 25 franchisee stores by end of year 2011.
Our kebabs are made from quality ingredients! We use 100% Australian lamb and pure chicken fillets. We use fresh locally produced vegetables that are prepared daily and special Sunshine bread. We provide low-fat options, kebab platters, and salads for those who are carb-conscious. We are fairly different to the way other operators make their kebabs. After the roasting on the spit we have a unique grilling process as well, so after the meat is cooked we grill it to ensure it is definitively a safe product. The result is a nutritionally sound gourmet food experience that contains virtually no preservatives or additives and can be consumed day or night. With a strong modern brand and the promotion of healthy fresh nutritious ingredients that appeals to a broad market, Sunshine Kebabs can only continue to grow and succeed.
